On the up.


Back down to the Track again tonight to do another easy 10 minutes.

Ran 5 laps then had a good stretch for about 20 minutes. For the first time in a while I ran with no pain or tightness in my calf. HOORAY!

The leg felt so good I had to resist a VERY big urge to run another 5 laps but decided agianst it.

Finally some confidence gained from a run.

The Launceston 10 is only 27 days away and I doubt whether I will be in any shape to run a decent time. However the Tassie XC Champs are on the 5th August and that might be a more realistic goal at this stage. At least I'll have a few more weeks training under my belt.
