Ran an easy 2 laps of Carr Villa tonight in the pouring rain.
For the uninitiated, Carr Villa is the local cemetery that has a 3.1km bitumen track around the outside. I had originally thought that it would be a good place for a time trial later on but after running it I have changed my mind. Its undulating all the way but some of the hills are a little steep to be running down at speed. It is a good spot for a recovery run however and some of the hills may come in handy when hill sessions find thier way in to my program.
I pulled up pretty well after yesterday, only some soreness in my quads and gluts to contend with.
Another easy one tomorrow then another hour run and some 500's later in the week before the Launceston 10 on Sunday.
